This was created on behalf of friends who own a Bubble Tea cafe in Old Town Alexandria, VA. If you find yourself there -- stop by "Bubble Dip" and have some bubble tea and a snack! Also, there was a request in one of my polls for traditional Chinese dress (yes I know, Bubble tea comes from Taiwan, not China...) and I thought Derpy would look super cute in this outfit. What flavor of bubble tea is that you ask? Green Tea? Nope -- it's MUFFIN flavored.
